Responsibility
- Lead process integration initiatives for semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize fabrication workflows and enhance yield.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to minimize defects and improve product reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Evaluate new materials, tools, and methodologies to enhance semiconductor performance and cost-efficiency.
- Document process specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in semiconductor technology and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or fabrication.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, yield enhancement, and defect reduction techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition) and cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with global teams and present technical findings.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
