Responsibility
- Monitor and implement K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and delivering HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
- Investigate and document incidents, near-misses, and accidents, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with management to ensure emergency response plans are in place and effective.
- Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the development of risk assessment methodologies and safety performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations (Permenaker, UU No. 1/1970) and international HSE standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
- Familiarity with hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRA), and incident investigation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on HSE performance.
- Certification in Basic HSE, First Aid, or Fire Safety is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) under a contract basis.
