Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for electrical projects.
- Conduct procurement activities, including tendering, negotiation, and supplier selection.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Provide financial and commercial advice to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the electrical or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with contract law and procurement procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
