As a BIM Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and execution of BIM/MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for data center projects using Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software.
- Coordinate BIM/MEP systems to ensure clash-free integration of architectural, structural, and mechanical components.
- Generate detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize constructability and minimize on-site conflicts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align BIM deliverables with project requirements.
- Implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and adhere to project-specific BIM standards and protocols.
- Conduct model reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with design intent and industry best practices.
- Support project teams with BIM-related troubleshooting and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on MEP systems or data center projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software tools.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination processes.
- Experience with data center infrastructure (e.g., cooling systems, power distribution, cabling) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex modeling environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
