Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency systems for large-scale projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with local and international codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI) and sustainability standards (LEED, Green Mark).
- Conduct load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and voltage drop studies using industry-standard software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for tenders and construction phases.
- Oversee site inspections and commissioning to ensure systems meet design intent and performance criteria.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in smart grids, IoT, and renewable energy to drive innovation in projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., CEng) is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design for buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux; BIM experience is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC) and Indonesian regulations (PLN, PU).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion, including budget and timeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to liaise with stakeholders and teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
