Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to optimize electrical system integration.
- Generate and review electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Continuously update and improve BIM models based on project requirements and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, BIM, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in electrical systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and practices is a plus.
- Certification in BIM or related fields is advantageous.
