Responsibility
- Develop, facilitate, and optimize training curricula for USRNs and healthcare-focused BPO agents.
- Conduct nesting and floor support to ensure clinical accuracy and adherence to US healthcare quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify training gaps and implement targeted coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to update training materials based on real-time client feedback and audit results.
- Provide clinical mentorship and upskilling sessions to enhance the technical proficiency of the team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of trainee progress, attendance, and assessment results.
- Stay current with US healthcare trends, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Active USRN License (must be valid and in good standing).
- Proven experience as a Trainer in a Healthcare BPO setting.
- Strong background in US healthcare workflows, including clinical chart abstraction, utilization review, or prior authorization processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex clinical information.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training cohorts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational improvement.
