Responsibility
- Support day-to-day product operations to ensure high service availability and data accuracy.
- Monitor and manage operational workflows to meet internal service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and tech teams to troubleshoot platform issues.
- Maintain database integrity by performing regular quality audits and updates.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of internal teams on new product features and operational protocols.
- Contribute to documentation for internal processes to drive consistency across global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product operations, customer success, or back-office support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on findings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, or Zendesk).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
