As part of our dynamic operations team, you will handle inbound inquiries, coordinate emergency maintenance requests, and provide administrative support during night hours. Responsibility

  • Manage inbound customer calls and emails professionally during night shift hours.
  • Coordinate urgent facility maintenance requests and dispatch technicians as required.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all communications and incidents in the internal CRM system.
  • Provide prompt resolution to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor facility management software and alert relevant teams to any system anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers between shift cycles.
  • Generate nightly summary reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in Business/Facility Management or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or helpdesk environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively on a permanent night shift schedule.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and common facility management software platforms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm during emergency situations.
  • Strong time management skills with a high level of accountability.
