Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice and email channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize internal CRM tools to document interactions and resolve customer issues regarding the rewards program.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and empathetic support.
- Troubleshoot common account issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department as needed.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handle time and quality assurance scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on program changes and product knowledge to provide consistent, up-to-date assistance.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous BPO experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
