As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, building trust with customers through your in-depth knowledge of vehicle types, specifications, and mechanical conditions. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on used car options, features, and benefits
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately describe car conditions to potential buyers
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of various car models, specifications, and market trends
- Assist customers in test drives and answer technical questions about vehicle performance
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of automotive mechanics, vehicle types, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sectors
- Ability to work flexible hours in a part-time capacity
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy for sales documentation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Familiarity with Bali's automotive market is a plus
