Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles supporting US-based clients.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective hunting strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent for high-priority requisitions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive salary benchmarks within the US tech sector.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a specific focus on the US market.
- In-depth knowledge of technical sourcing techniques for roles such as Software Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and IT Support.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for US client interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using various ATS platforms and professional networking sites (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
