Responsibility
- Complete an intensive on-the-job training program focused on retail management and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective complaint resolution.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with the regional management team regarding promotional campaigns and store audits.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Management, or HR preferred).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
