Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our Corporate Services team for a 6-month maternity coverage period. In this vital role, you will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, and providing essential administrative support to our office staff.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and systems updates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities and internal company communications.
  • Prepare and generate regular HR reports for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
