Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to successful onboarding.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine Labor Laws and local regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the performance management system, providing coaching and feedback to department heads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and dispute resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive company policies and employee handbooks.
- Manage HR budgets and report on key HR metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a progressive HR management role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and employment best practices.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in developing organizational culture and employee morale.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
