Responsibility
- Source, screen, and engage IT professionals (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, cybersecurity experts) for US-based roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and database searches.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to refine job descriptions and alignment on candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills to provide strategic hiring advice.
- Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT/tech recruitment, preferably for US or international markets.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., full-stack development, cloud computing, AI/ML).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Bullhorn).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting deadlines.
- Passion for building relationships with candidates and clients in a consultative manner.
- Familiarity with US employment laws and hiring practices is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
