Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Support HR reporting and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee engagement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
