Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Drive mass hiring initiatives for operational and corporate roles, ensuring timely and quality hires to support business growth.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines) to attract diverse and high-potential candidates.
- Enhance employer branding through engaging job postings, social media campaigns, and participation in local/regional recruitment events.
- Optimize recruitment processes using data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a proven track record in full-cycle hiring.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume recruitment is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other digital recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or recruitment (e.g., AIRS) is advantageous.
