Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and compliance documentation.
- Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs for staff at all levels.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to track key metrics such as turnover, hiring efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
