Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention rates.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement in workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and implement HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
