Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Develop and implement talent development programs, including training, performance management, and career progression initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any HR-related concerns or conflicts.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create strategic workforce planning solutions.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback to support professional growth.
- Manage HR databases, payroll processing, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement through initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must; additional languages are a plus.
