Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee welfare programs, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews, and assist in talent acquisition strategies.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and feedback sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and career development planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, employee relations, or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
