Note: This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, such as leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate HR-related processes.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, recruitment processes, and labor regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a global corporate setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle sensitive information with discretion.
