Responsibility
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, driving talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
- Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end talent processes, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance productivity.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on ER matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while resolving conflicts effectively.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data-driven insights to identify trends, measure the impact of HR programs, and recommend improvements.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Policy Development: Review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other HR functions (Recruitment, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
