Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with US nursing standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience (e.g., ER, ICU, medical-surgical).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali.
- No prior BPO experience required—training provided.
