Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals in daily clinical operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical record management.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management of medical supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and offering support with a compassionate approach.
- Assist in basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing equipment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on healthcare best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
