Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, SOPs, and quality control standards.
- Oversee medication storage, handling, and distribution to guarantee safety and accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
- Manage prescription processing, verification, and patient counseling with a focus on clinical accuracy.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, expiration dates, and supply chain logistics.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative teams to optimize patient care.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license (STR) and SIK (Surat Izin Kerja) in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical laws, GMP, and patient safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
