Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP, threads) with precision and artistry.
- Conduct patient consultations, assess skin conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Operate advanced laser and energy-based devices (e.g., CO2, Pico, radiofrequency) for skin rejuvenation.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (dermatologists, nurses, aestheticians) for holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development.
- Maintain detailed medical records and follow up with patients to track progress.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine (preferably in a clinical or luxury spa setting).
- Certification in injectables (Botox, fillers) and/or laser treatments from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record of delivering natural-looking, high-quality results with a patient-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong bedside manner and ability to build trust with a diverse, international clientele.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and digital patient management tools.
