Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee nursing operations, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and regulatory standards.
- Quality & Safety: Implement and monitor best practices to enhance patient care quality and safety protocols.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to build a high-performing, motivated team.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and compliance with local/international healthcare regulations.
- Innovation & Efficiency: Drive process improvements and adopt cutting-edge technologies to optimize nursing workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with medical directors, administrators, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Budget Oversight: Manage nursing department budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Patient Advocacy: Champion patient rights and ethical care standards in all nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred); valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility for local registration.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in nursing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Nursing Director, Chief Nurse).
- Clinical Expertise: Proven track record in acute care, hospital administration, or multi-specialty nursing.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational change.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian healthcare laws, JCI standards, or international accreditation frameworks.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in EHR systems, healthcare analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
