Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions using clinical reasoning and diagnostic tools.
- Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and education.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, and dry needling where certified.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-management strategies to promote long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic protocols and Indonesian healthcare regulations.
- Participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and wellness events to raise awareness about physiotherapy benefits.
- Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or orthopedic physiotherapy.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
