Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare providers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
