Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children (ages 2-12) to address behavioral, social, and communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, parent input, and clinical observations.
- Track and document progress using data-driven methods, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure consistency in behavior management across environments.
- Provide parent training and coaching to reinforce therapeutic techniques at home.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development to stay updated on best practices.
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment that encourages growth and reduces anxiety.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Certification in ABA therapy (e.g., BCBA, RBT, or equivalent) or willingness to pursue certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or developmental delays.
- Strong understanding of behavioral intervention techniques, including positive reinforcement, discrete trial training (DTT), and natural environment teaching (NET).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
