Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy, professionalism, and timely resolution.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure smooth patient care pathways.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., medical staff, administrators) to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Educate patients on healthcare services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and experience.
- Identify and escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on customer service trends and pain points.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and healthcare software (training provided for specific tools).
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
