Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), pharmacies, and key decision-makers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate clients on features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, or healthcare (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
