Responsibility
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed.
- Follow care plans and protocols to ensure consistency in client care.
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completed studies at ITE, polytechnic, or university (all disciplines welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or caregiving is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and daily tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
