Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable procurement.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical, administrative, and facilities teams, to integrate sustainability best practices.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify emerging trends and innovations in healthcare sustainability.
- Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops to raise awareness and foster a culture of sustainability.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and business cases to secure buy-in and funding for initiatives.
- Liaise with external partners, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry leaders, to build strategic alliances.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, sustainability, or healthcare administration.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, GRI Standards) and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
