Responsibility
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistent application of therapeutic strategies.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges.
- Provide training and support to family members and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review cases and share insights.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related behavioral therapy methodologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and behavioral disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
