Responsibility
- Install, configure, and calibrate medical equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source parts and stay updated on technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely resolutions to critical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex medical devices.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with healthcare professionals.

- Willingness to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
