Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and execute comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical care and stabilizing patients as needed.
- Uphold strict infection control and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sterile healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is a plus.
