Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions while ensuring patient safety and adherence.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex cases.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency interventions as required within the scope of practice.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications for long-term well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using electronic health systems.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research, protocols, and best practices to ensure high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general medicine, family practice, or a related field.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, such as Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare compliance standards.
