Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of medical records, clinical documentation, and patient care processes to ensure compliance with US healthcare standards.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas of non-compliance in healthcare documentation and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to healthcare quality and patient safety.
- Provide training and guidance to healthcare staff on documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to mitigate potential risks in patient care.
- Stay updated on US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Generate detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a US Healthcare BPO or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Proven experience in medical record review, auditing, and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
