Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, inventory management, and compliance with local healthcare regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales growth through strategic merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Watsons' standards for pharmaceutical care, safety, and hygiene.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers to maintain a well-stocked and diverse product range.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed pharmacist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare regulations, and retail operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development and performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports to drive business decisions.
