Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to expectant mothers.
- Assist in deliveries, including natural births and cesarean sections, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor fetal development and maternal health through regular check-ups and diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and families on prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and respond to emergencies with precision.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote maternal and child health awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or Nursing with a specialization in Midwifery.
- Valid license to practice as a Midwife Nurse in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in maternal and neonatal care.
- Strong knowledge of obstetric and gynecological procedures, labor management, and neonatal resuscitation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical healthcare practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is preferred.
