Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to inpatients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct daily patient rounds, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed under supervisor guidance.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Document accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in case discussions, grand rounds, and clinical meetings to enhance knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Assist in emergency medical situations, including rapid assessment and stabilization of critically ill patients.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and research opportunities.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Completion of internship/house job in a hospital setting (preferably in General Medicine).
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
