Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of trauma and clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies to maintain the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve workflows.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and sustainable operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical and administrative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Represent the organization in community outreach programs, partnerships, and initiatives to promote health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing trauma or clinical services, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.
- Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
