Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness check-ups.
- Develop and implement corporate health and safety programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Educate staff on health best practices, disease prevention, and ergonomic work habits.
- Collaborate with HR to manage sick leave, medical certifications, and return-to-work processes.
- Monitor workplace hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Organize health campaigns (e.g., flu shots, mental health workshops).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a company nurse or in occupational health.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and first aid protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and health data management.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (preferred).
