Responsibility
- Assist radiologists and medical staff during diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, ultrasounds, and other radiographic techniques.
- Prepare and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Position patients accurately for imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and ensuring comfort and safety.
- Operate radiographic equipment under supervision, adjusting settings as needed to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Manage and organize patient records, imaging files, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Monitor inventory of radiographic supplies and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
- Provide basic patient care and support, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or associate degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a Radiology Technician/Assistant (preferred but not mandatory for project-based roles).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a radiology or medical imaging environment.
- Familiarity with radiographic equipment, imaging techniques, and safety protocols.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in diagnostic imaging.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills (Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog) are a plus.
