Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmaceutical operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian pharmacy regulations and clinic policies.
- Dispense medications accurately, provide patient counseling, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, storing, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accuracy, and patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to review prescriptions, identify potential drug interactions, and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of controlled substances and ensure adherence to legal requirements for handling and dispensing.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.
- Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for pharmacy services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, patient safety, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
