Responsibility

  • Conduct quality audits of healthcare-related processes and documentation to ensure compliance with US standards.
  • Analyze patient care data and BPO workflows to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with US-based healthcare teams to provide feedback and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and best practices for BPO operations.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
  • Train and mentor BPO staff on quality standards, clinical accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Document findings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Active US RN license (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably in the US healthcare system).
  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or BPO healthcare services is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zone alignment).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and EHR systems.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
