Responsibility
- Conduct quality audits of healthcare-related processes and documentation to ensure compliance with US standards.
- Analyze patient care data and BPO workflows to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with US-based healthcare teams to provide feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and best practices for BPO operations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
- Train and mentor BPO staff on quality standards, clinical accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Active US RN license (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably in the US healthcare system).
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or BPO healthcare services is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone alignment).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and EHR systems.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
