Responsibility
- Lead and manage health services research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Design and implement research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative studies, to evaluate healthcare programs and interventions.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and software to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable strategies.
- Develop and present reports, publications, and presentations to communicate research outcomes to internal and external audiences.
- Mentor and supervise junior research analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in health services research and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and institutional review board (IRB) requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health services research, with a focus on research design, evaluation, and behavioral sciences.
- Proven expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and the use of analytical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, or Python).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary research teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience in publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and regulations, particularly in the Southeast Asian context.
- Certification in research ethics or related fields is a plus.
